Chinmaya Health Challenge

Every year in the month of January, Chinmaya Mission Hong Kong hosts an annual initiative for everyone all over the world to encourage personal growth and wellness. When participants register, they receive a daily task or set of tasks to complete, as well as daily inspirational and motivational tips to support their self-improvement journey throughout the month.

The challenge aims to cultivate healthy habits and positive mindsets. Whether it's trying a new workout, practicing mindfulness or setting personal goals, the Chinmaya Health Challenge gives people the structure and community to make meaningful changes in their lives.

The program is open to everyone and past participants have found it to be an empowering way to start the new year. By making wellness a focus in January, the Chinmaya Health Challenge sets people  up for a year of continued growth and fulfilment.

Healthy Lifestyle Challenge

Tapas is when we push ourselves to do something that is not easy. This years challenge gave us the opportunity to break free from our limitations to single-pointedly work towards our goals and ideal lifestyles.

The quickest way to happiness is gratitude! We start this year with daily gratitues meditations reminding us to be grateful for all that we have.

Meditation Challenge

Meditation is the key to calm and peaceful living. We started the year off with daily 10 minute guided meditations. Begin your journey to inner-peace today by going back and doing the series of meditations!
